Varganza Refund Policy

At Varganza, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist. Please review our refund guidelines:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

 

Refund Process

  1. Return Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund.
  2. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are opened or show signs of use but are not damaged).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
